Welcome to the start of another exciting school year for the Oakton High School Orchestras! Concerts, Competitions, Festivals, Trips and other wonderful musical opportunities await your child. However, in order to ensure the ongoing success of the orchestra program, we need your help! 

The OHS Orchestra Booster Club  is a parent-run organization dedicated to supporting your student musician and the overall OHS Orchestra program through fundraising and other “hands on” volunteer support.  Our fundraising events help fill the gaps otherwise left open by County and State Funding.  Your participation in these endeavors helps to ensure your child will have an amazing high school orchestra experience. 

Please review the open volunteer positions and sign up for one as soon as possible.  I realize that we all lead extremely busy lives, and finding room for one more commitment seems impossible. But the quality of your child's orchestra experience truly depends on your willingness to be involved.  If everyone helps out we all benefit.  Many hands make easy work.  

Additionally, if you have any great ideas for fundraising or other Orchestra activities don't hesitate to let me know.  We are always looking for new ideas.
